Ms. JUNKO MASUDA now represents JICA in Cameroon

Appointed resident representative of JICA, the Japan International Cooperation Agency to Cameroon, Ms. JUNKO MASUDA who was until now the Head of Africa division 4 in JICA Headquarters responsible for Cameroon, will assume her new duties in Yaoundé by mid-April 2017. During a lunch organized in her honor at the Cameroon residence in Tokyo, H.E. Pierre NDZENGUE, Ambassador of Cameroon to Japan, warmly welcomed Ms. MASUDA to Cameroon and also thanked Mr. SHINJI UMEMOTO, her predecessor, for the job well done in setting a new path of growth between the two countries, together with Ambassador KUNIO OKAMURA of Japan to Cameroon. Friend of Cameroon, Ms. MASUDA takes office after another Friend of the country, Mr. SHINJI UMEMOTO. Also present at this lunch was Mr. WAKABAYASHI who replaces Ms MASUDA at JICA headquarters in Tokyo and Ms. YAMAZAKI.
